What steps do I need to take as a consultant?
As an affiliate partner, your customers take over all steps with CAPTIQ independently.
As a premium partner, i.e. consultant, you only have to enter the data and documents of your customers. This is possible in a few minutes and completely digital, because the loan application route is tailored exactly to your customers.
After the application, you only have to release the contract for your customer - the contract signing and identification can be done by the customer independently.
When can my customers access the loan?
Once all the application steps have been completed and the loan application has been finally reviewed by our partner bank, the loan is automatically disbursed to your customer without delay.
Is CAPTIQ a mediation platform?
No, CAPTIQ goes beyond conventional brokerage platforms. From application to refinancing, CAPTIQ takes responsibility. Our collaboration with partner banks is therefore more than just brokerage: the partnership enables us not only to broker loans to partner banks, but to model the entire credit process ourselves. Can I also apply for more than €250,000 for my clients?
A single loan of more than €250,000 per person cannot be applied for. Three months after taking out a CAPTIQ loan, customers can apply for another CAPTIQ loan. However, applying for several CAPTIQ loans or one loan through our partner banks over a certain period of time is possible in principle. However, the approval of a further loan is strongly dependent on creditworthiness as well as on the loan amount previously taken out.
